Shrink

I use Citation Machine all the time, mostly to cite images and other sources for my blog. A problem that has pestered me over the months is that the CM window is so large. I'm constantly having to move it around on the screen so that I can find the information on the web page that I need for the citation.

So to solve the problem, I've installed a new button in the top menu, [Shrink]. This button will remove the top banner and the left menu (assuming that you've already chosen your citation style, and reduce the size of the window so that it doesn't cover up as much of the digital document you are citing. Google Ads remain. I have to pay for my children's college somehow.

An additional link will appear, [enlarge], that will pop the window back out to size with the banner and the main menus.

Hey, great site- it's helped me a huge bit in chemistry this year. I was wondering what I do to state sources from a movie, like a VHS tape of DVD disc? Is it the same as a TV show? freesoul732@yahoo.com

My students still can't figure out how to add editions 92nd, 3rd, etc.) to the APA book citation. I can't find it... am I missing something?

Thank you for saving me VALUABLE class time with the Citation Machine!

hey!, im not sure where to write this, but there is an error in the text of the page used to cite anthologies. The page says "Author's Last Name" twice and it never says "Author's first name" I assumed it was the first name, and my citation came out fine. Therefore, i am assuming that it should say first name in the second textbox rather than last name again. perhaps im wrong. Either way, im just letting you know.

I am new to bibliography assistance on the internet. I will be using citation machine this fall with my students. Thank you so much. I am wondering if you have recommendations for efficient note taking as well? Thank you for your time.

Regarding the "Shrink" button, if one enters information in the form before clicking the shrink button, the information entered will be lost. Maybe you could use some javascript to hide the sidebars and resize it.

Mr. Warlick I think that the Shrink button is very useful however I am having other problems with Son of Citation Machine at the moment for example how does one cite books and other items with more than one author. At one point there was an add button that allowed one to add authors up to six I believe. About three months or so back your format was changed and that button was taken away and I am having a tough time trying to use this site to generate my citations. Where might I get help or directions in using Son of Citation Machine now that the format has been changed??
Thank You

PS: Please forgive me for contacting you in this manner however I found no other way of doing this. Also, I think that Son of Citation Machine is a wounderful product

Thanks for this wonderful resource! Citation Machine is a big part of teaching bibliography in our middle school. The big ads are not the problem. The problem is the images of obese women in swim suits. Please choose different ads. The Target one is fine. Please help us in the public schools. We don't need that kind of distraction.
